About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who can independently lead complex digital engagements while partnering closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects across strategy, creative, design, technology, and development.
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, requirements, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time.
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to clients, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively address challenges that could impact delivery.
• Manage scope changes and ensure teams remain aligned to approved objectives and deliverables.
• Lead project meetings, working sessions, status updates, and other delivery ceremonies.
• Maintain strong project documentation, including status reports, decisions, action items, and project plans.
• Help improve project management processes, team workflows, and operational practices.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology teams to develop strong, impactful digital work.
• Stay current on emerging technology, AI, digital channels, and evolving production practices.
• Support business development efforts, including RFPs and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of digital project management experience, preferably within an agency, studio, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and enterprise-level client engagements.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across creative, technical, business, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and keeping projects moving forward.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Interest in emerging technology, AI, digital innovation, and creative production.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Figma, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Asana, or similar platforms.
