Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support students across Phoenix-area schools . This role focuses on providing individualized instruction and support to help students with disabilities achieve academic and developmental success.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in collaboration with the school team
Provide differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and compliance activities
Support inclusive practices and positive learning environments
Qualifications:
Valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification or eligibility
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Previous school-based experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
