Position Summary

The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people organizing information and supporting activities that build positive relationships with the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing approved public relations and informational materials.
• Support promotional events and public-facing company activities.
• Help communicate company services initiatives and key information to relevant audiences.
• Maintain organized materials and records related to public relations activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure messaging remains clear and consistent.
• Assist with welcoming guests and responding to general questions at events.
• Gather feedback and share observations about public engagement.
• Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings or promotional activities.
• Follow company guidelines when communicating information to customers and the public.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
