Aimbridge Corporate - Director Hotel Finance OEM (Task Force) Aimbridge Hospitality Job Type On-call Description Job Summary The Director Hotel Finance will provide support to the Hotel Finance leadership by working on projects designed to increase efficiencies in the organization and to transform processes that improve business performance measurement and metrics. This role will collaborate with operations and finance leaders throughout the company to gather appropriate data and analyze trends in order to make data-driven decisions that improve overall hotel financial performance. For OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required; Advanced Degree in Finance, Analytics, Project Management or related field preferred. PMP certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification helpful. At least 5-7 years of experience in a finance and data analytics position required. Hospitality finance experience very strongly desired. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Proven experience in Project Management and developing business metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence others and foster excellent professional relationships. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned including budgeting, forecasting, centralized billing and recording process. Coordinate, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, guidance, and direction. Oversee and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes utilizing internal and external sources to create and implement strategies and programs that will lead to improved financial performance. Work collaboratively with Corporate Finance and Operations leadership to ensure consistency of process and to share best practices.
